All Custom Ranch signs, welcome signs, and pet or animal portraits are made out of solid pine planks that are 1" thick 12" tall and up to 12 ' feet long. they can be made any size you need up to 12 feet tall or 12 feet wide.

All signs are varnished with 4 coats of exterior varnish with exterior  grade varnish to protect from fading and weather. 

signs that require more than one plank are  well braced with 3/4" flat iron. they can be made Single sided or double sided. the Double sided signs are braced on each end.  all signs come with hardware to hang the sign.

the average cost for a 3 foot by 3 foot single sided sign would be $180.00.I give quite a good discount for the second side on any of my signs.

the average cost on a 4 foot by 2 foot single sided sign $160.00, again giving a good discount for the second size. 

For larger signs I give a better price per square foot. the average cost on a 4 foot wide by 3 foot tall single sided sign would be about $200.00, and $350.00 for a double side sign. 

 All the prices above do not include shipping costs and may vary depending on the amount of back ground wanted on the sign.. Shipping is very reasonable as the signs are shipped un-assembled with all the hardware needed. 

How this works..... if you are interested in a Ranch, Business, or Welcome sign you contact me with your Ideas of what you want on the sign and wording along with  photos if applicable, At this point I would draw a design on paper for your approval or editing. upon approval I request 1/2 of the sign cost as a deposit up front, that deposit is non-refundable after I have started painting the design on the wood. The remaining balance pluss shipping is requested upon completion and approval. then I apply several coats of varnish. and it is mailed as soon as it is dry.

Welcome signs can be any size youd like but the most popular size is the 11 by 16 inch size. for a sign that size with minimal back ground detail would cost $40.00 plus shipping.

again these signs are hand painted and varnished with exterior  to protect from the outdoor elements.

the process is the same as the ranch signs. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

My paintings start out at $100.00 for a 8,1/2 by 11 inch size, and I will give discounts for multiple paintings ordered.

I have several sizes of canvas and can get any size that I dont have upon request.

In stock I have 18 by 24 inch canvas, 16 by 20 inch canvas and 8,1/2 by 11.

I can cut the canvas to different sizes as needed.

I have 3 sizes of paper for pencil drawings. 9 by 12 inches, 10,1/2 by 14 inch , and 14 by 17 inch. for a pet portrait with no back ground I start at $30.00 and don't often go past $100.00, for a detailed picture.
